What to Expect

Rest assured that your pet is in the best hands.

Our number one concern is to provide quality care to your beloved pet. Our skilled DVM's and staff will thoroughly assess your concerns and the needs of your pet at every visit to ensure we offer the best treatment plan. All treatment plans are discussed with you prior to administering care. We take pride in offering full transparency to our clients and we believe successful treatment of all of our patients requires a collaborative effort by both our caring staff and you, the owner. With this in mind, we welcome and encourage your questions.

Arrival Time:

Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to the appointment time. This allows our staff time to confirm and update your information and address any other concerns you may have upon arrival.

Check In:

Safety first! We kindly ask that you bring your pet on a leash or in a carrier for the safety of your pet and for others in the clinic. Our Client Care Liaisons will check you in, obtain your pets weight on our digital scale (treats included if needed!) and then guide you to your treatment room.

Records Request:

If you are new to our clinic and your pet was previously seen elsewhere, please bring a copy of those records with you. If you do not have a copy, please let us know prior to your appointment where we can call to obtain those records, so our veterinarians may have a comprehensive view of your pet's past health and treatment history.
